Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support-k8s-exam-prep@ewry.net with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address you used to subscribe.
  3. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Polar.sh. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear.

Eligibility

  • Full refund available within 7 days of the initial subscription charge.
  • Renewal charges are not eligible for refund after the renewal date, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
  • Refunds are issued once per customer. If you cancel and re-subscribe, subsequent subscriptions are not covered by the 7-day guarantee.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Polar.sh customer portal. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days beyond the 7-day guarantee window.
